Duties

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Operate powder coating equipment and airless paint spraying systems to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of coatings.
• Monitor the curing process of coated items to guarantee optimal finish quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in materials handling.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial painting or auto painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, cranes, and machining equipment is a plus.
• Basic math skills are required for measuring and mixing materials accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
