We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cycle Counter to join our team. The Cycle Counter will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This position requires strong data analysis skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier management, production planning, and root cause analysis, enabling them to effectively identify discrepancies and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in production planning by providing accurate inventory data for order fulfillment.
• Support the development of best practices for inventory management and cycle counting procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Must use a Crown Wave lift at maximum heights of 15-20 feet.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AS400 is preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier management practices and production planning processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
