Duties

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Load materials/components and keep machines supplied.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify quality.
• Remove, package, and label completed products.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean.
• Record production and quality information.
• Communicate machine or quality problems to supervisors/maintenance.
• Work as part of a production team, often on extended shifts.

Skills/Experience

• Manufacturing or machine-operating experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
